For most of our products, we can provide no less than 5g and no more than 10g sample per item. The sample fee and shipping fee must be collect as deposit in advance.

The deposit depends on What & How many samples you like, and it can be deducted when you place an official order (reach 1kg) within 30 days after receiving the samples.

Please note, no more than 10g samples per product.

For most our products, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1kg. We don’t sell any quantity under MOQ. So, please confirm that you will place official order and no less than MOQ after getting the samples.

We may change these Terms and Conditions at any given time and we are not under obligation to notify you for such changes. By ordering from RenyuanChem.com and accepting the Terms and Conditions, you are responsible for the infringement of these Terms and Conditions.

For the samples, if it can’t reach you as the customs clearance, we will reship a new one free of charge.

For the official order, our agency of express provide insurance service, the insurance rate is 15% of the amount. If the parcel can’t reach you because the custom inspection, as long as you buy the insurance in advance, we will resend it again free of charge, because the agency will pay for all the losses.

If you don’t want to buy insurance in advance, and if the parcel can’t reach you because the custom inspection, you just needs pay us 40% of total, we also resend it again.
